At SDA Strategy, we are passionate advocates for inclusive, purpose built housing solutions tailored to the needs of people with disabilities. Our team brings a unique combination of experience in both Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) and property development, underpinned by a long standing commitment to empowerment and community inclusion.

With over 20 years in property construction and project management, we have successfully developed more than 300 residential properties, including houses, townhouses, and apartment complexes. Our foundation is built on quality, innovation, and care,ensuring every development is not only structurally sound but also designed with real lives in mind.

Our roots in disability support run deep,with a working history helping individuals with intellectual disabilities gain practical workplace experience and employment skills. Whether operating a food van or assisting participants in building customer service and food handling expertise, our goal has always been to support personal growth, independence, and dignity. At SDA Strategy, we believe that housing is more than just somewhere to live, it’s about belonging, safety, and opportunity. We are committed to setting new standards in SDA delivery, with every dwelling maintained to the highest quality, thoughtfully managed, and designed to truly improve the lives of our participants.

Andrew brings over 20 years of expertise in property construction and project management. Tony has a strong background in disability support. He spent five years with Catalyst Training, where he supported individuals with intellectual disabilities to build workplace and life skills. Through a hands-on food van program, Tony helped participants develop customer service and food handling abilities, while fostering confidence and independence.

Tony’s passion for working with people with disabilities is deeply personal: “It’s incredibly rewarding to support their growth, celebrate their strengths, and learn from their resilience every day.”
